My advice to many people shopping in London, ONtario for modern furniture is to avoid EQ3 store. Our experience with the store has been horrible.

In January when shopping for new dining room set we decided to visit the store and purchased a table, six chairs plus 2 counter stools. One day before the scheduled delivery date, we received a phone call from EQ3 saying that they had 2 chairs and 2 stools but we would have to wait for remaining 4 chairs until mid March. Of course we have not received the remaining 4 chairs in March and now we are in Mid June, one complaint to Better Business Bureau after, monthly and now weekly phone calls to the store and no chairs and also refusal from the store to issue a refund.

Please avoid this store. I will never set my foot in this store again!!!!

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Yes, they want your money no matter what. They don't care that they are way behind schedule for delivery. It happens all the time.

After reading the few negative comments about Eq 3 London I was hesitant to shop there but I am new to London and after checking out all the furniture stores in the city EQ3 was the only store I liked the product and found they sale staff very knowledgable .

We got our complete house there and ever thing was delivered on time and looks great. So I thought I would add my comment since no one ever say anything when service is good but speak loud when its bad. I might add I love the fact that my sofa was made her in Canafa

As the owner of this store I encourage both negative and positive comments about my store .At EQ3 London we strive to be better ever day and comments from our customers help in a big way .

After almost ten years in business I am hearten by the fact a large majority of my business is return business and I now friends with a lot of you .

Let me say of we have failed you in the past when we were experiencing growing pains I aplgiese and hope you will give us a second chance to wow you and for those of you who have been loyal a big thank you.

Eq3 London has benn great to me over the past ten years .When the first open we bought stuff for the kids and they still have it.

The store has change so much I recently bought an Italian made sofa for $1500 less thn I saw it in Toronto, suffice to say I am a very happy customer.

I've ordered 2 leather chairs, a sectional and numerous miscelaneous items from EQ3 in london. No problems yet with delivery or quality of product. Maybe I've been lucky?

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a product and paid in full 3 1/2 mths ago and it is yet to be delivered.

No communication about delays from the store, only excuses when I call them.

Complete rudeness and utter lack of customer service. Do not shop here!

The letter that I wrote to Ashley Snikeris after almost 4 months of dealing with EQ3 *** between the service rep, the president and the upholsterer which began when the owner of the London store decided to ignore all of us.

Entitled *** *** ***

I don't normally swear Ashley (and darling Jim Hunt who never seems to heed or give a *** about any of this atrocious customer service) but it seems to be the best way to get someone's attention.

I contacted Blair at Fibrenew last week expecting that he would be familiar with my predicament. When I spoke with him he didn't seem to know about my sofa or who I was, he told me that he hadn't heard from you, Rawle Blackman or EQ3 regarding approval to fix the sofa. I asked him to contact you before I brought it to London to verify that EQ3 will be paying him for the repairs. Surprise, surprise, I still haven't heard back from him a week and a half later.

Please contact him and find out when he can repair this *** sofa before I *** throw it out along with any other *** I have ever bought from EQ3.

It will be a *** merry christmas if this gets resolved before then, otherwise I will expect the same *** that I have dealt with in the last 4 months. Better yet, why don't you just send me $600 to replace this piece of *** sofa that will never be repaired.

The EQ3 London store is terribly run. We were screwed around for our delivery three times before we finally received our furniture.

All without an apology. I will never do business with this store again!

I have a sofa purchased from the London EQ3 store that is literally coming apart due to the upholstery being poorly done at the factory...Mr. Blackman and EQ3 headquarters have never responded to my complaints and EQ3 tells me I have no warranty with them, only with Mr. Blackman as his dealership is "franchised"...be warned...these people are disreputable.
